29 min Brighouse free kick was hit into the penalty area from the halfway line, Lucy Turner heading away and then when it was crossed back in Barnsley managed to clear fully.
33 min Drew Greene broke down the left, finding the run of Lissa Woodhouse into the left wing channel. She crossed deep across goal to Sophie Bell who won a corner which was hit wide of the left hand upright by Annie Ward.
36 min Darcie Greene was kicked winning a free kick 25 yards out. Sophie Crosby hit the cross bar, Lissa Woodhouse reacting quickly to it to win a corner, from which Annie Ward headed wide of the back post for a goal kick.
41 min Rebecca Hornsey played back to Emily Ward from half way, she hit forward into Lissa Woodhouse who controlled well but was fouled from behind. Sophie Crosby took the free kick but it sailed over the crossbar.

47 min Lissa Woodhouse set off down the right wing before crossing into Darcie Greene , with her back to goal she managed to shoot on the turn just wide of the left hand post.
50 min Skye Kirkham goal kick was headed on by Drew Greene through to Darcie Greene who was pulled back. Sophie Crosby's free kick was cleared.
52 min Emily Ward passed forward into Lissa Woodhouse, then out to Rebecca Hornsey crossing into Drew Greene to win a corner. Sophie Crosby took it and Annie Ward hit it over the crossbar.
From the goal kick Sophie Crosby recovered the ball ‎forward to Darcie Greene crossing towards Kathryn Smith, she laid back to Sophie Crosby who hit her cross too long.

65 min as Drew Greene attacked forward she was blocked off. The free kick swung in by Rebecca Hornsey is cleared.
66 min Annie Ward is cautioned for spoiling a promising attach with a tug back of a Brighouse player as she tried to break.

78 min caution for Brighouse player following a trip on Emily Ward but strangely the free kick awarded to Brighouse but it was cleared by the Barnsley defence‎.
80 min Lovely quick touch play by Barnsley‎ down the left wing results in a shot by Sophie Bell which was saved by the Brighouse goal keeper.
81 min from the Barnsley left wing Drew Greene was put though on goal, one on one with the goal keeper in the penalty area she was brought down just as she was about to shoot by a last gasp defenders lunge, the Referee waved away penalty appeals saying he had seen contact made to ball first.

Lucy Turner under pressure deep in the right back position shows good skill to dummy and set up a right wing attack. Amy Woodruff shows good strength to retain the ball when she is initially blocked, then decided to shoot over when Francesca Wild and Drew Greene were on the side.
97 min Brighouse substitution as a player is stretchered off.
105 min Lissa wins a corner on the right hand side. Rebecca Hornsey swings it in and Darcie Greene headed on to Annie Ward who headed wide.
