This fixture saw the return of Betty Cheetham to the bench after recovery from a ruptured ACL injury, reconstructive surgery and a lot of hard work in rehab.

Full Time, 3-0 against Salford City Lionesses means that Barnsley Women were to advance into the 1st Round Proper of the Vitality Womens FACup with Home tie against Alnwick Town Ladies FC on 14th November, but due to a player registration issue Barnsley have been removed from the competition for this year
