With no first team game this weekend our Reserves took on Lincoln City Development in the reserve League cup round robin on the Oakwell Academy pitch.

The Reds scored first a nice close range finish by Ellie Brightmore sponsored by after a great cross from Mollie Crump.
Not long after the first goal the Reds got a second after Betty Cheetham, sponsored by took on a couple of players and rifled in a powerful strike from 20 yards out
Lincoln got a goal back from a long range effort. However, the Reds have soon restored their 2 goal lead after an own goal was scored from a corner from Lauryn Wilcock
Half-time 3-1 to Barnsley Women Reserves
Lincoln then got a goal back early in the second half with a long range effort to make it 3-2
Lincoln have scored again to make the game 3-3.
Then Lincoln have grabbed another goal to totally turn the game on it's head making it 3-4 to the away team.
