Finally in 2023 the Reds are back at the Recreation ground, needing to bounce back from last weeks loss to Durham, welcoming Merseyrail.

When these two teams met in Sept it was honours even in a 2-2 draw but since then Merseyrail have slipped down the table currently lying in 11th with the Reds 12 points above in 4th. Merseyrail come into the game LLLLL having also come out the wrong side of a 4-1 game to Durham Cestria who seem to be running away with the league this season already opening a 7 point gap.

It would be great to see plenty of home support at the Recreation ground as the Reds try to get their League campaign back on track.
